Notice of New Payment Date without Penalty

On December 10th, the BOD changed the allowable days to pay your water bill by adding an additional 5 days, due to the issues with USPS not delivering mail in a timely manner. Bills not paid beyond the 20th of the following month instead of beyond the 15th will have the late penalty applied. (see Addenda #18)
